Pros

Management is well intentioned. Prime real estate for offices. They want you to succeed. They provide orphan leads and office supplies.

Cons

Prudential operates from a place of fear which is a very difficult place to be if you are in sales. Compliance restrictions are extreme making life very difficult for advisors trying to build their practice. The investment systems are very unsophisticated. Established advisors are trying to keep their heads above water and not very open to new ideas. The philosophy is to keep things stable, not on growth.
