Rigorous 26 weeks training program Ongoing sales training Good support from some of the internal whole sellers, especially annuities

Cons

No support from management, management is far more interesting in meeting quota by developing new people than retaining current employees; All commission, no base salary No room for advancement

Great people to worth with. The job also provides a great way to better different communication skills and styles. Great benefit package offered

Cons

The life product is poorly managed. You are number, and you'll never more than that. There is only so far you can go in the contact center, career wise. This job is not for the sensitive or the faint of heart.
