Pros

Inclusive environment, nice people, nice office with a great view.

Cons

Clique-ish, no training or much support for professional development for administrative workers, not an easy place to move up from one position to one better.

Great opportunity, tough hiring process

Pros

Great benefits, comprehensive customer service training, affordable healthcare insurance benefits, onsite gym, onsite childcare, onsite full-service dining room

Cons

Tough hiring process with a fairly invasive background check. Related examination requirements can be tough if you are not a great test-taker. Management is cool, but you definitely want to follow the rules, and make good contacts in various departments, if you would like to move up in the company.
