Training Program is decent, Flexible hours, Good benefits such as the MFIP program, Pension, Roth 401K.

Cons

Health Insurance cost was very expensive for it being a benefit. Charging you rent for your desk. Compliance team at HQ doesn't understand products and can confuse your clients on the callback for annuities. My main concern was that your Managers are more concerned about their end of the year bonus and pushing life insurance and annuities as they are core products. Not necessarily focused on helping the client rather than just getting a sale.
