Pros

Flexibility, paid daily, remote, positive management, the management is responsive and helpful and vested in the agents success. The money that can be made is very good for the amount of time required to make it.

Cons

There are chargebacks but that is very normal in this industry and it’s only a 45 day period . They can sometimes have weeks where leads are slower than others and that can effect the commissions for that week.
