RUN AWAY!

Pros

Many of the Sales managers want to do a good job and see their employees succeed.

Cons

Recruiters are not honest about this job - probably so they get a bonus for hiring you. The call routing is terrible so you'll sit idle for hours, making zero sales but if you want to leave, they'll hold you hostage and not release you. And of course, recruiting isn't going to be up front about that fact. Learned that there's a weekly call for some employees, not Medicare, to share business information. Medicare agents are completely silo'd and kept in the dark.

Pros

Good pay and good benefits

Cons

Your work is never good enough. They lead out of fear and panic. The culture is quite terrible.
