      Pros

      Hi, I would like to share the pros of Assurance IQ - the commission ceiling is unlimited, you earn however much you sell, and are paid what you're worth, based on efficiency, and volume, and quality of your calls. I was one of the top agents that won a trip to Aruba and was it a blast!! I have never been happier at a company, you get to work from home, don't have a boss micro-managing over your shoulder all day - and there are great health benefits as well. You decide how much you make, and the longer and harder you work, the more you will earn. There a lot of OT opportunities available to pick up extra money, and I love the culture, people, and company they have branded, it is also backed and owned by Prudential, which is a great thing as well, because people know the name Prudential and want to be in business with creditable agents/agencies.

      The cons are what you decide they are. If you have a negative attitude, it will be a a negative experience for you. Make the most of it, and help everyone that you can, make the most of every call, and it will be a good experience.
