Pros

Great benefits, ability to be lenient in schedules, and freedom to make your own decisions for the most part. Ability to rise fast if your willing to move and make yourself available for the company. Great people in the company everywhere and most people are easy going and can just roll with the punches. The technology does have promise with proper implementation. All in all the people in the company are great and fun to work with for the most part. It is a good job overall and I don't regret coming here.

Cons

Unorganized, poor leadership and management. The same mistakes are made over and over. The excuse of 'startup in growth phase' expired 10 years ago.

Pros

The pay, learned from some great techs unfortunately that are no longer there as well. The benefits were good also.

Cons

Everything else, terrible management, terrible human resources, they belittle you, make you work 70 plus weeks and still its not enough! You can't make up lost times, re think before becoming employed here.
