Plug Power interview questions

It is a long, lengthy process. Went through 6 interviews that were one hour each. Takes a while to get on boarding documents from HR and also hear back about an offer.

It's the standard process of screening call with recruiter, interview with regular engineer, and then final round interview with hiring manager. They are pretty timely with their responses and the questions are pretty straightforward and easy. Mostly covering your prior experience and some questions regarding designing for manufacturing.
