They pay better than most places.

Cons

Too many to list. You know there's a problem when your coworkers are all on Zoloft, and they literally cry daily. This isn't a job, it's a slave-like environment. The fuel cells are dangerous, and have killed operators in the past, and will again. Plug Power ignores safety protocol to the extreme. Training is minimal. Any training you do receive is not relevant, and is only done so management can pat themselves on the back. You will never have time off, and when you do, you will get constant phone calls and emails. If you have no regard for your mental wellbeing, or your personal safety, then this is the place for you.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, excellent benefits, great pay.

Cons

The structure is such that you will have no choice but to tolerate a high level of blatant disrespect and tolerate the tsunami of charades that may come your way if you want to keep your employment. You will need to work much more than 40 hours per week during peak season.
