Pros

Good local team and supportive region.

Cons

Over worked always having to step up and do work of the level above you. Not a lot of room for growth.

Pros

Good pay, lots of PTO, and solid benefits.

Cons

This company is the poorest managed, most disorganized company I've ever worked for. Executives are put in charge of divisions that they have absolutely no clue how to run nor have background in. Skip level meetings could provide so much insight, but are not done. Management spends too much money and focuses on the wrong things. Everything is disorganized and many things are done manually without proper tracking software. Yhere is a huge lack of communication between teams, departments, and management. The CEO needs to step down and those who were put in high level positions out of loyalty due to being with the company before it grew, have no business being promoted to departments or roles that are beyond their small company or outside department grasp. This is a prime example of a small company getting too greedy and involving themselves in too many things at once instead of getting strong in one thing at a time before branching into uncharted waters with unqualified executives.

Pros

- The people are great, atleast at the lower level. - Cool technology, seems positive for the world. - Decent benefits. - Remote work!

Cons

- The upper management changes priorities constantly and makes you work on something for 6 months then shelve it. - I worked on about 5 different large projects, only 1 saw the light of day. This wasnt from bad work or failing to make a strong engineering product, it was from upper management just saying nvm lets do something else.
