      Pros

      If you like mechanical and automotive stuff this might be the job for you. Just know that you will get very dirty working on fuel cells, because they power forklifts.

      Cons

      Plug should have two businesses. One would be the hydrogen fuel pads and the other hydrogen fuel cells (FCs). Parts like filters, water pumps and other parts that are often used for the FCs are scarce. Often pulled parts from unused FCs to fix used FCs. Also, management is not the greatest.
