Pros

The people make working here so fun. The constant support and collaboration across different teams really makes TravelPerk feel like you’re a part of a family. The company is very culturally diverse and I love working with people all across the globe. They promote you from within, listen to you, and motivate you to do your very best.

Cons

No cons I can think of! It’s a fast paced growth environment which I think is part of the fun and development.

Haha, there are no pros.

Cons

A company that cares about employer branding, not about employees. A company where a CEO swears during large meetings. Putting unrealistic pressure on engineering teams to justify investments on mergers. People are toxic, company is constantly looking for ways to legally cut 10-20% workforce without being in the PR headline
