Pros

TravelPerk puts a strong emphasis on culture at the corporate and regional level that can be seen and felt. The company has a strong trajectory - not only because of recent funding and acquisitions, but also because of the focus and determination from everyone. A true global perspective with a thoughtful regional focus, which creates great opportunities to learn how other markets operate. Fast and meaningful career development with real opportunities if you are ready to take on more, or something new/different. Genuinely kind, smart, and collaborative teammates. A solid, innovative product that keeps evolving and improving at a fast pace, which keeps the work interesting. Yearly trip to Barcelona is fun and gives you the chance to connect in person with teammates

Cons

TravelPerk still feels very much in scale-up mode, particularly in the US. While that can create a lot of opportunity that many find exciting, it also can mean a fast paced environment where processes can lag behind growth.

Pros

There’s tons of opportunity for growth here. The culture is genuinely collaborative—people are always willing to jump in and help, and you learn a lot just by working alongside smart, driven teammates and managers. Leadership really cares about development and promotes from within, so there’s a clear path to grow. Plus, the company knows how to have fun, with great offsites, team events, and parties that make it easy to connect beyond your immediate team.

Cons

Not many. Like any fast-growing company, things can shift quickly—processes evolve, more people are hired, and sometimes that means fewer leads or changing priorities. But even with that, you're still set up to succeed, and the team is good at adapting and supporting each other through the changes.
