Pros

- A diverse company with people working from all sorts of walks of life from all over the world, which creates a unique culture and working environment where ideas and voices are heard from all parts of the company. The people here, regardless of where they sit, are some of the best I've ever worked with. - Executives at the top truly care. They are constantly wanting to hear from the employees on what can be better. The execs share major and minor changes to the company, explain the 'why' behind any decisions that are made, and leave the door open for all questions, no matter how challenging they may be for the execs to answer. If they don't have an answer right away, they get one. - The product is strong. In the US, there are still some gaps for the market here, but the product and engineering team is quickly filling each gap as TravelPerk continues its pursuit to win the US and North American markets. - TravelPerk lives and dies by its values. Even in a time of crisis for the Travel industry, where many companies have or are abandoning values to survive, TravelPerk continues to ensure it stays true to the company's values and has made sacrifices to preserve jobs, the culture, and employee happiness in this challenging time.

Cons

- While TravelPerk continues to learn how to operate a business in the US, there are some little bumps that come up from time to time - figuring out holidays, continuing to create benefits that are competitive, etc. These are by no means "cons", but more so challenges any start-up faces. - While TravelPerk does an incredible job communicating all things around the company, there are times where it feels the US office can be a bit behind. TravelPerk does recognize this and is continuing to be better at ensuring the US team is involved in all communications, is fully aware of any new changes, and feels like we are a part of the larger team that sits in Barcelona
