Pros

Yes, the get togethers were fun, the office is cool, the people are great and the product is pretty intuitive. There are a lot of good things about this company but the negatives are more important

Cons

Pay is very low compared to other US companies, and the salary increases are almost laughable. I think a lot of people do value having fun parties and events a lot, but there are so many of us who have families and are feeling very "low-balled" with pay. There have been so many extremely talented people leaving lately with the main reason of pay - why hasn't this been recognized? The surveys every year outline pay and benefits (for US), but nothing is actioned.

We’re glad you’ve highlighted the strengths you see in our culture, product, and team, those are the foundations we keep building on. On compensation and benefits, we’re very aware of how important this is for our people. That’s why we run regular reviews and continue adjusting our global approach to stay competitive and aligned with our culture. In the US and across all our hubs, this remains a clear priority, and we’re making ongoing changes to reflect that. Thanks again for your feedback.

Pros

hmmm maybe the fact that you get to travel to Barcelona 1x a year

Cons

The goalpost is always being moved for sales reps without (or hardly) ANY communication. All of a sudden your quota changes and no meetings were held explaining why. The HQ being in Spain hurts reps in the US as everything is favored to the European market. Management is ok - but they do not treat all employees the same. Pay is pretty low and quota structure is incredibly difficult to navigate. Do not expect to hit quota unless you have been in the role for 1+ year or were internally promoted from SDR.
