      Massive growth, outstanding team, unique upward mobility, great product, huge market opportunity and excellent company culture

      Cons

      Growing super fast means moving super fast - which brings many of the "normal" growing pains experienced by all tech startups who have the good fortune to transition into rapid scale-ups

      + Open communication between leadership and the rest of the team: Executives truly care about employee wellbeing and invest in their employees + Clear and strong direction: While many travel companies went down during and Post Covid - TravelPerk has emerged stronger than its competitors. It continued to innovate, staying ahead of the curve. + Inclusive, young, fun environment: This is a place where you will make true friends for the rest of your life + Work hard, play hard culture: No micromanagement, everyone is treated as an owner. Truly enjoy going to work (or the mix of working from home) every day. + Amazing events and opportunities to travel to Barcelona twice a year and the TravelPerk hubs. + Growth opportunities: The amount of work you put in doesn't go recognize, the business is growing and the opportunities to move up and grow within are definitely there + The list can go on: It's hard to come across a company that can tick the boxes the way TravelPerk can.

      Cons

      - Company is growing and will continue to do so. Especially in the US, there may be some growing pains. - If you look for a slow pace environment where things stay the same TravelPerk may not be the best place for you

      Pros

      Cool office view if you got the chance to work there when it was open. Some cool gifts. Colleagues in similar roles are fairly nice.

      Cons

      A lot of fake management straight from the top. "Cash is King" are their true values as was often repeated throughout my time there. IT is a mess. Security is palpable. Good at promising bad at delivering.
