Pros
* Some of the team members were nice * Possibility to work remotely
Cons
* They are not open to new ideas or listening to the facts, even if you tell the team that some problems might not be solved by just trying to do everything as fast as possible, solutions must be correct, not only fast. * Some team members exposed others publicly to be noticed by the higher levels (E.g.: someone posted on a public channel that another person committed a mistake instead of chatting in private), some of them face it as a competition instead of teamwork. * A lot of people trying to use mottos to win an argument instead of actually answering the question itself, something like coaches with a huge ego that doesn't know how to assume mistakes. In other words, not worth it, the product itself is really nice, good idea, but there are some people that don't know what they are doing and are toxic.
