Pros

I can genuinely see why TravelPerk has 5/5 stars, it's a brilliant place to work. Highly dedicated and enthusiastic people, who are always willing to help each other out. No one takes themselves too seriously and there are plenty of (encouraged) opportunities for socialising and fun. I also appreciate that no one expects you to work round the clock, your work-life balance is respected. You work hard in the day and if you're doing your job well, you're leaving on time. Most of all, it feels like you are surrounded by clever and inspiring people, who are really good at what they do. Which makes it a motivating place to be, no matter what your day consists of. Really impressed.

Cons

Genuinely can't think of anything

Toxic leadership

Pros

Some really nice people in the team Great office space, with good coffee

Cons

The leadership of the company are awful Changing targets and requirements all the time, just expect you to do more and more CEO and COO make all decisions. They even review every interview before deciding if someone can be hired. If you get through all interviews but don't get an offer, it will be because CEO said no.

Thanks for taking the time to give feedback, it’s clear you aren’t happy with your experience at TK, and it seems linked to role opportunities. We want to hear more from you to understand your experience better, so we can get to the crux of your situation and see how to improve it. If you’re happy to contact your manager or People Partner, please do that. For clarity and transparency, we want you to know that we advertise all external roles internally unless they’re entry-level, as we know that colleagues already in TK don’t apply for those. Many of our roles are only open internally because we are advocates for growing talent within. Around 43% of our managers have been promoted internally, and that’s something we are super proud of!
