      * Business growth helps with opportunity's for personal professional growth * Business is in transition from Startup to ScaleUp, this is a really interesting time for engineering. * Some Travel Opportunities to the HQ in Barcelona * Work Life Balance is respected and a core value of the culture

      Cons

      * If you want a 100% remote job and to never see your colleagues IRL then other places will probably be a better fit * Python is the main language * Startup/Scaleup things change fast and often here, not everyone will love this

      Not the best, not the worst either

      Pros

      The people are great and make you feel welcomed. They have a great community culture (even though it feels like they try too hard sometimes).

      Cons

      There is too many constant changes in the higher ups, making it feel uneasy if. It's also a bit messy and all over the place.

Part of our growth and evolution as the fastest growing unicorn in Europe has meant we have needed to adapt to suit changing needs. We recognise the need to take care to ensure employees are constantly informed of any changes, and we also provide the rationale behind them to help our colleagues through change.

      Pros

      - Massive market opportunity in corporate travel, which is still under served. - Growing quickly and prioritising the right things - Smart people working in Product/Eng/Design (as well as other departments) - A lot of effort goes into events and building the feeling of being part a team.

      Cons

      - It's a scale up, so there is a good amount of ambiguity and change, which isn't for everyone but energising for some.
