Pros

People are fantastic, very warm and friendly but also incredibly hard working. They have achieved their success through looking after their people, working hard and being humble. The tools and tech are incredible, you have everything you need to do your job. Lastly, the management team are outstanding - if you want to learn and grown in your career then this is the place for you

That’s why we adjusted our ways of working, to foster more IRL connection amongst colleagues and cross teams. We are equally dedicated to colleague experience and flexibility, and we show this through supporting two days per week to work from home, offering 20 days of working from anywhere, and ensuring that our offices are well-equipped and comfortable for our employees to enjoy working in. We strive to create an environment that fosters productivity and collaboration while also offering the flexibility that suits our employees' needs.

Pros

Great environment within colleagues. Amazing events and office spaces.

Honestly, I started believing TK management only sees what they want to see. They do not listen to their employees' feedback, they simply don't. Is really tiring to keep complaining about the same things every time, over and over again. Is really disgusting the way how some TLs are only obsessed with "growing" in the company by flattering the management without even caring about their team. They only take care of their teams but hey, when they need a favor from another team, they will treat you as a prince/princess. Sometimes they treat adults like children, for ex. controlling if we use the phone during work. Really? Back to kindergarten. Salary? They are not interested in having employees well paid. Not even if you deserve it. You get trained to have new skills but your salary will remain the same forever. Or even worse, they give you 5% raise PER YEAR. If you want to grow and go to other departments, do not bother trying. They only promote people who are liked by management. About the hybrid work, I think it's ok but it should be more flexible.
