Pros

The people are outstanding. Products lead the industry and when you win and perform, you are rewarded for your efforts. As a sales person you get to lead instructors to using industry leading products. Bring your imagination as creative strategic thinking is crucial to everyone's success! Salaries are good along with the benefits and 401k. The flexibility of the job allows you to have a quality work/life balance.

Cons

It is hard for me to think of any downsides but during the high times, we work and we work hard.

They train the employees and provide the necessary tools for the jobs. There are many opportunities for advancement and have a strong culture of promoting from within.

Cons

It is competetive at Pearson. Getting hired is competetive and rising to the top in the organization means you will compete with smart and hard working colleagues to get promoted.
