      Pros

      Culture, work-life balance, bonus structure, great co-workers and management, a clear vision for the future, opportunity for advancement, benefits, the accounts you get to work with and knowing that the product you are selling is making a positve impact.

      Cons

      Long hours during the selling season, some inconsistencies in communication and the sales rep having to spend too much time on account management instead of driving sales. That said, you will need to work hard and put effort into any company if you want to be successful.

      Pros

      If you're self-motivated, interested in media and want to make a difference in education- Pearson is the place to make your name. Working remotely is nice, and being able to shape new jobs in our changing industry is also a plus. It's refreshing to be somewhere that is listening to their employees about how to shape necessary changes instead of being like a flamingo with its head in the ground.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work hard if you want to play hard. It's a team mentality, and you'll be expected to pull your own weight, which at times can lead to long hours.

      large backbone of resources, top notch solutions, wide variety of solutions, leader in the industry, professional people with their sights set on the customers

      Cons

      at times the organization seemed too large to effectively collaborate and strategize with other departments, some customers felt the company was too big
