Pros

What makes Pearson great isn't just our products - it's our people. Everyone I know at Pearson is not only smart, but kind. While we do work very hard, the culture recognizes and rewards success. Pearson is a great company if you are career minded - promotions are always possible with hard work and results.

Cons

The industry is struggling, but Pearson is adapting well. Sales goals have been very reasonable and attainable in this difficult climate.

A winning culture, innovation is at the forefront of their product development philosophy. Pearson has integrity in how it treats customers and employees. Our work is stimulating and rewarding. Pearson's leadership team has a track record of anticipating future trends and developing products ahead of their time.

Cons

Hard work is the norm but so is success as a result of it. Pearson is a large company; some employees may feel anonymous but most managers are good at involving and informing their people.

Cons

Streamline internal processes to work more effectively with product team members. Better database management system that houses sales data in a more structured and updated fashion.
