- Very political. - Roles aren't well defined (you will often times find yourself doing other peoples jobs, especially as a new hire). - Had other expectations for the role (ended up being extremely administrative, no strategizing, no teamwork, very repetitive brain draining work) - Most glassdoor reviews are written by current employees who were told to leave a good review by CEO.

Your experience here is heavily weighted on which dept you are in. Extreme internal politics. Most upper execs/ management are from Solaria or connected through other solar industries. Many upper management members are literally incompetent and are only in that position because they are long time friends. Very 1 sided. No Accountability. It does not matter if the person is wrong if they are friends with upper management. They can get away with anything and just blame others for it. Basically to get ahead in this company, you have to have known upper management for 10+ years. Lots of pointless meetings where everyone is trying to blame each other and not get to the solution of the problem. Unrealistic expectations and scope of work. Dont get me wrong, there are some wonderful people and NX. There are just plenty of bad apples that happen to be in higher positions to make everyone miserable to hide their lack of talent.
