Everything should flow from USA management, they are super dead slow in response and taking initiative. By the time we get approval from USA management we will be dead skeleton They (USA management) are like break pads with 24/7 pressure on running Dodge challenger V-6 engine

Great opportunities, specially if you come from outside, or if you are part of the inner circle.

Cons

Half decade in, the business growth is substantial, the structural improvements doesn’t follow the same rate. Cargo responsibility doesn’t match the compensation, either the responsibility close customer contact on daily basis being an entry level.
