Pros

Meaningful, high impact work. Plenty of independence in how you go about new processes. Teams willing to propose + implement constant improvements. Never stale. Great place to learn/develop personal skills with new tools and industry. Dog friendly!

Cons

High pressure due to constantly changing industry demands. Tight turnaround times for sudden deliverables that didn't exist that morning. Telecommute is frowned upon in a few roles.

Exec staff are an all star team of solar veterans. Start up environment in the office however market leader in technology and applications.
