      -Good base salaries -Good commission structure -Vision to progress as a company -London/Barcelona working locations

      Cons

      -Very little natural light in offices, both old and new -Ego's within certain teams -No genuine ambition to become a modern company -Far too many French people for a company not located in France (Even some French employees understandably didn't like this) -Dinosaur senior management (a very long time since they made a recruitment call) -CRM capability hindered by trying to save money during implementation -Google translated (French to English) documents sent to candiates
