multicultural environment and some decent people.

Cons

This was by far the worst company I've worked at. At first it was fine (alot of fakeness) but you quicky come to learn of their horrible managment and alot of favouratism in the company. People are ONLY praised on their numbers and nothing else like leadership skills, social impact etc. You're micromanaged, the way you should speak to clients and candidates, the tone you need to use, what you should and shouldn't say. No recognition, and you're always compared to people who stay working over time.

Hi there thanks for your feedback. It's been a hard six months for us at MA, similar to many organisations struggling to deal with the impact of Covid-19. Communication is something that we've had to deal with, particularly in the aftermath of the initial outbreak. I can see how the lack of clear communication has led to some of the conditions you describe. Since the start of the summer, we've added weekly company wide meetings as well as 'huddles' where every employee meets with myself and the CEO in groups of up to six people to get answers to their questions and information straight from the horses mouth. We've still got improvements to be made, but I'm confident we're on the right track. If you didn't get the chance to complete an exit interview and would like to give more feedback, I'd welcome the call. Thanks, Matt

Multicultural environment. Good L&D. Some good staffs. Nice office location in Barcelona and London.

Cons

Mediocre management based on friendship & gossips. Micromanagement. Management ignoring the issues. Lack of Emotional Intelligence from management. Salaries, rewards & promotions are distributed arbitrary, nothing related with your performance. Employees are not considered as they should do.
