      Horrible place to work

      Pros

      multicultural environment and some decent people.

      Cons

      This was by far the worst company I've worked at. At first it was fine (alot of fakeness) but you quicky come to learn of their horrible managment and alot of favouratism in the company. People are ONLY praised on their numbers and nothing else like leadership skills, social impact etc. You're micromanaged, the way you should speak to clients and candidates, the tone you need to use, what you should and shouldn't say. No recognition, and you're always compared to people who stay working over time.

      good office location, multicultural, interesting training

      Cons

      no strategy no support "we are all about our people" but we fire half of them as 2 weeks into March before even trying furlough

      good learning environment nice people and culture Managing Directors are really nice and always encourage initiatives

      Cons

      Some of the senior managers are not competent Communication within the company is not the best
