Rasict Micromanaging Bias Favouritism Terrible

The CEO has always been very friendly towards me

1) My time at Montreal Associate was unfortunately marred by a high degree of micromanagement. The work culture seemed to prioritize oversight to an extent that hindered productivity and creativity. This pervasive micromanagement made it challenging to feel empowered and trusted in my role. Regrettably, my experience was further compounded by what I can only describe as the worst managerial relationship I have encountered in my professional career. Effective leadership, communication, and support were sorely lacking. This not only impacted my job satisfaction but also hindered my ability to perform at my best. I believe it's crucial for potential candidates to be aware of the management style within Montreal Associate and to carefully consider whether it aligns with their preferred working environment and career goals.
