      - Open minded company - Friendly colleagues / it's easy to be listen if needed (including by management) - Training of good quality are given - Free snacks, 2 days of volunteer paid, drinks after work

      Cons

      - The salary could be better - Work hours can be long and very busy (recruitment industry)

      Pros

      Great working environment, committed/professional and successful staff, flexible and understanding employer. Great benefits. Every team has a sense of care and support for one another. Great location and the company is on course for huge growth plans

      Cons

      Sometimes there are delays on system improvement projects and operational processes however this is normal considering MA is relatitvley large firm and reply on external providers.
