The Management does everything to make you feel well and efficient to the ones who are motivated and hard worker: Conditions, Trust, Recognition, Nice atmosphere (some of the people tend to believe they don't have any pressure from the management), great Support and Career Path (for the ones asking for it). The Management is also doing something unusual; they are listening to you and considering... never refusing at first, like at the competition... Amongst the employees, there is such a great atmosphere and this my first company where I feel: you like spending time with your colleagues... Again, this company is amazing for what they can offer : Humanly and professionally speaking!
Cons
Like in every companies, some decisions can always be seen in a negative way, because of affecting people. Especially in a period like Corona Virus, where everyone is panicking for his own sake... but at the end, the most passionnated and motivated ones (not to offend the others) decided to stay put... again, every environments has his pros and cons... and thankfully, it is because there are Cons... that this company can still improve itself today!
