      Some good people. Good training.

      Cons

      Salary is very low for he amount of hours you spend at the office, for a delivery consultant the benefits are not worth it. And be carful they would stab you in the back at the first occasion.

      Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

      Cons

      This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether
