5yThank you for sharing. I am glad to hear that you were able to work with some amazing people here at Malwarebytes. Our people are such an important part of shaping the employee experience here. I am sorry that your experience with our work culture was not as positive. We’re currently experiencing a lot of growth and one of the byproducts of that has been changes. We’re looking to adapt and coach our leaders on, not only embracing change, but adapting and thriving within it. We want to continue to grow and evolve within our industry which means we must grow and evolve as a workplace. Learning and adapting is how we will get there and we’re working diligently as a People Team to guide our teams to that goal.
