Good place to work, but lots of kinks and growing pains

-love the people I work with -OTO -perks and benefits -fast growing company
Cons
-management: there are some really bad managers who SHOULD NOT be in a leadership role. Many are known to be 'bad' but no one will do anything about it. They keep saying "we will coach them" but honestly, some people cannot be coached into being a good manager. This affects their team and employees and people end up blaming the individuals instead of looking at the manager. -culture: getting worse and worse as time goes on. There really isn't a culture to be honest and the culture ambassador in this office really does not do anything. Very political. -pay: very low paying for a tech company in this area. They say it is because of all the other benefits we get, but at the end of the day, people work for money.
