      Good company depends on the team you got into

      - Good benefits besides salary - Good product - Flexible work hours - Free office visitation (office/home balance)

      Cons

      - Mess with the processes around the company - Lack of documentation everywhere - Lower salary around the market - Higher (US) management not in touch with employees in TLL
