Great benefits and development opportunities but constant change and job cuts

Pros

Benefits, especially vacation time. Good technology and company is willing to pay for you to take training and develop yourself. Great tuition reimbursement program and excellent parental leave policy.

Cons

Poor local management, inability to retain experienced sales reps, constant change, constant reorganization, poor raises, flex scheduling not available to local field employees due to office hours open to the public.

Good development programs for employees and a focus on empowering employees to improve work for our customers.

Cons

Right now, many departments are suffering from change fatigue. It drags down morale and makes it difficult for people to care about improving things since everything changes too quickly.
