Pros

Great benefits and good pay.

Cons

Zero work life balance, micro management all the way, fake senior management (note I didn't use the word leaders as they are not leaders), terrible workload, not enough staff, zero customer service both internal and external, managers make changes weekly and nobody ever asks how it impacts the end user. The biggest waste of time and money is this fake LMS RCPS program that the employees hate and the internal propaganda reminds me of the Stalin era Soviet Union. The incompetence is astonishing! I could go on all day but they don't care anyway which is why I left without giving it a second thought. I would not recommend anyone work at this nightmare zoo nor would I recommend anyone buy their products as customer service is nonexistent.

Pros

(the good) Decent training and pay. recruiting young people.

Cons

(the bad) constantly reducing benefits and closing field offices. Creating jobs elsewhere but leaving current employees jobless. not hiring the right management teams.

Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, great co-workers. Generally a very nice place to work, people are friendly and hard working.

Cons

Work place flexibility needs more structure - some managers are very flexible others aren't. Too hard to get things done or make changes. Very bureaucratic and very old school in many ways. There's a willingness to make changes but it's hard to make it happen and usually the only changes that are made come from the top. Feedback usually only makes a difference if upper management is already thinking the same thing.
