The only reasons to work here are the work from home benefits you gain after 6 months of employment, and the pay keeps you there because the workload is so unmanageable that they need to give you these things to stay at the company.

Cons

The workload is way too unmanageable and It keeps getting piled on. Most management don’t know how to do their jobs correctly. They pride themselves on open and honest feedback and claim they have a “non retaliation policy” but the second you provided constructive criticism to a manager you are out the door.

Pros

Great handle on the industry and business from 2009 to 2014. Resourceful and profitable.

Cons

2015 - c is an implosion of bad decisions by the executives which has caused a spiraling culture and loss of good talent (because bad SVP layer talent is unaccountably in charge). Product has non-competitive pricing and poor service. Marketing "can't get out of our own way" with false sense of good. And.... wait for it... Super Hero of now - "Digital Transformation" has arrived which will solve & save everything!!!! Not Really. Better to wait 3-5 years before going into that sand storm.
