Pros

-Good Benefits -Nice office in Plano, Texas -Discount on personal lines

Cons

-Constant restructures -Middle Market management in Plano is micromanaging, has never worked at another carrier, has no life outside of work. All red flags for management. - MM has no defined appetite or type of business that can be considered " This is what we do well.' -I have worked at a few carriers and I have never hated my job so much as I hated my job here -

Pros

Great health and 401k benefits, slightly above average pay for remote work.

Cons

You will be micro managed to death. You are expected to cover insurance needs and endorsements as well as complex billing in just 8 minutes or less. Customers usually complain about having to call in several times to get resolution. They often express how they feel like they are just a number. Many of the policy holders cancel within 1-2 years of service. I rarely saw policy holders with 5 or more years of tenure.

Pros

The starting pay is worth it to jump insurance companies, at first they tell you there is room for growth, but nothing comes of it.

Cons

Management, especially the NJ teams and FL. They have been one of the worst teams I have ever encountered. No room for growth, they pile on work and expect it to be done with no training. I first started with Liberty and thought there was so much room for growth and found out not too long after they really just want to suck the soul out of you. I left and haven’t been happier, to a remote only position, I am so sorry for the folks that are going through the hybrid model, Liberty is not Liberty at all. Shame!
