Decent pay raise when you reach your 1 year milestone and plenty of vacation time/PTO.

Cons

When understaffed you will be "asked" to take on more duties which leads to stress and burnout. Weird attendance policy and micromanaging.

The work is easy and it's a place to gain experience.

Cons

The communication is absolutely terrible and the management is not much better. A large number of people have left and replacements are not being made accordingly due to budget cuts.
