Hours are flexible, well-structured work environment, work load is reasonable, low stress environment, team oriented workplace, good leadership

Cons

There is little opportunity for growth. There is no incentive to work hard, and you will work alongside people who do nothing but get paid more than you do, as salary is entirely based on how long you’ve been there. No sick leave, you have to use your PTO for sick days. Benefits are pretty weak and your contribution is massive compared to other places.
