Good benefits, high energy environment. Opportunities to move within the company.

Cons

Cost cutting by understaffing is not good practice to maintain quality processes. Training needs to be improved and staff given adequate time to be comfortable with their required tasks.

Bureaucracy (like any large organization); compensation was not what I expected so I turned down permanent position; management (supervisors) could be better trained
