Pros

Big name agency, high-profile clients, very smart and ambitious people

Cons

Incredibly toxic and unsupportive work culture, both from peers and managers. Unreasonable hours (late nights on your first or second week) and lack of respect for your time and life outside of work. Very easy to fall through the cracks. Lack of guidance and direction.

A leader in the industry, with particular strengths in brand valuation, brand strategy, CPG/packaging (especially in the mid-West – Cincinnati, etc.), and some great design work as well.

Cons

Not known for pushing the envelope strategically or design-wise, but that may be a perception issue.
