Pros

It's a very well-respected organization and a great stepping stone into branding. It also has a very strong management team. Interbrand is an industry leader and does a great job filling that role through its Best Global Brand report, industry events and promotion.

Cons

Long hours with poor work life balance, though this is true for many branding firms. High rate of turnover, likely due to disappointing compensation.

Pros

You have the opportunity to work with some of the best in class consultants and designers.

Cons

It is difficult to advance within the company--path to development is undefined (at least during my years at Interbrand).

Pros

Creative people who are passionate about what they do. Structured approach to branding with tools that help to bring theoretical concepts to life.

Cons

Sometimes a bit disjointed with remote teams. As might be typical of agencies, live and die by clients perspective so job longevity can be a direct outcome of how a specific client feels about the agency itself, not the team members.
