      I joined Ingeus 18 months ago and have loved every minute. The work is rewarding, the people are kind and caring and there is always a challenge to solve. You can really bring your whole self to work at Ingeus!

      Cons

      Growth has been rapid over the last few years, which means structure and processes are sometimes playing catch up. If you enjoy a challenge, and like to carve out your own career path then this can be motivating - otherwise it may feel a little chaotic.

      Pros

      Supportive management who don't just say the right things but really do listen and act on the best interests of staff. Forward thinking and progressive. Lots of opportunities and try and promote from within.

      Cons

      Nature of the industry means lots of the roles are fixed term, but they do try and support you to get other roles.
