Supporting employees, including with progression opportunities. Providing training and professional development. Diversity and Inclusion work in line with values (that are lived, not just a tagline) and actively working to be a better employer. Does amazing work alongside government and local communities to try and make the country a better place for all, and empower independent living. Overall, a company you can trust to act as they say and to really make a difference.
Cons
I've worked for previous employers/managers who I could write a lot about here; I have nothing I can write as a con about Ingeus. I've been supported to get past trust and professional issues I've carried with me from previous workplaces, and have nothing but respect for my line manager and direct reports - honestly, starting working here was the best professional choice I've made.
