      Pros

      I joined Ingeus 18 months ago and have loved every minute. The work is rewarding, the people are kind and caring and there is always a challenge to solve. You can really bring your whole self to work at Ingeus!

      Cons

      Growth has been rapid over the last few years, which means structure and processes are sometimes playing catch up. If you enjoy a challenge, and like to carve out your own career path then this can be motivating - otherwise it may feel a little chaotic.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
