Decent salary (hard to get pay rise due to unrealistic target structure) Great team and management at a local level Rewarding work

Cons

Unrealistic targets making it impossible to move up the pay scale Company feels small at times-limited progression if you don't want to move to London Inflexible working hours and patterns Having a target that can dictate your employment but is far outside your control

Helping those who wanted support and the majority of the colleagues. Also offer a fair salary.

Cons

Heavily target driven with managers who lack direction and motivation. Quite frankly de-motivate at times. Low staff morale!
